More Than a Workplace
At Kimbodo, we believe a company is measured by more than the work it ships. In the communities around our nearshore offices, that belief shows up in how we care for the animals who share our streets and our workspaces. What started as a few team members feeding a stray outside the office has grown into a lasting commitment to the dogs in our neighborhoods.
Across our nearshore offices, we have helped more than 150 dogs with health care, rehoming, and permanent care — and that number keeps growing. It is a small part of what we do, but it is one of the parts we are proudest of.

How We Help
Health Care
Vet treatment, vaccinations, and recovery care for dogs who arrive sick, injured, or neglected.

Meet Pookie
Pookie is the face of that mission — our most-loved companion and the unofficial mascot of Kimbodo. Rescued by our team, she went from stray to staple: greeting everyone at the door, sitting in on stand-ups, and supervising more deployments than any engineer on staff.
Those big brown eyes have become a symbol of what we care about beyond the work itself. She is family, and she reminds us every day that the best companies have a heart.
